A body of work in progress

My work moves across writing, image and form.

What holds it together is a single question: how do we make meaning from what resists easy explanation and what does it reveal about behaviour, perception and belief.

The terrain I keep returning to:

Culture, anthropology and the invisible structures that shape identity, belonging and perception.

Form, image, colour and the history of how artists and thinkers have used them across centuries to carry what words couldn't.

Philosophy and ways of thinking that exist in the liminal, outside the Western rational tradition. Non-linear, unresolved and resistant to neat conclusion.

The structures built to hold ambiguity. Ritual, semiotics, symbolism. What persists and why.

I explore what sits beneath the surface.
